On one occasion, we were wet from river swimming but she insisted on giving us a lift anyway. It was the small gestures that demonstrated her kindness and care for her guests. I asked her where in the town could I buy keropok lekor and a few hours later, I was presented with a small packet of the keropok - which was totally unexpected and speaks of sincere hospitality. I would highly recommend this Guest House as the people are kind and hospitable.

Extremely friendly and helpful host. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, the location was extremely convenient. Just a short walk from a really nice breakfast café and the river bank where all tours start. This is a rather basic accommodation, but we knew that and the value for money is excellent. Highly recommend to get one of the rooms with aircon. The others have ceiling fans, but it does get hot and stuffy.
