I was not sure what to expect, but I can honestly say that I felt that I was staying in a mini palace. It was super clean and comfortable rooms with a great bathroom. The location was perfect! I will stay here again when I return to that area. We truly enjoyed our stay. The owner was so hospitable and helpful in every way! Wonderful place!

Such an exceptional property and staff. The property is more like a spar than just a hotel. The place is so relaxing and interesting architecturally but also with tasteful bits and pieces everywhere you look. Set in mature quiet grounds which were great for walking our dog and getting away from motorway 'mode' before travelling onwards. The manageress, 'Patricia' (I think her name is) is very professional and a great host. Breakfast is oooh so good - I honestly did not want to leave.

Located in the centre of Manteigas, Casa D’Avenida is a newly renovated family house, sited within the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. The place was cozy, well-organized, clean, and centrally located. In addition, the people were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help foreigners in every possible way.The food was delicious and enough to make you satisfied. I highly recommend living in this place during any upcoming visit to Manteigas.

Located at the foot of the Serra da Estrela mountain range, in the town of Manteigas, this hotel offers elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi. Free parking is possible on site. We had a fantastic experience! The place is extremely, extremely clean. All design details are carefully coordinated, from the embroided towels to the tableware to the curtains. It’s clear that the owners love what they’re doing and they’re taking care of their place with immense carefulness and love. The host was incredibly sweet and helpful, and the terrace downstairs to watch the stars from was a great add-on. We can highly recommend this place!
