The staff is extremely kind and accomodating, they helped us with a lost ID. The rooms are cosy, clean, the building not far from the centre. Would recommend pensionea Max to all that travel to Cluj. 5 star accomodation.

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed it. The pool is beautiful, draft beer is available, and bathrobes are provided for the pool, which was a nice touch. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Parking was excellent, and the location is great – very close to Salina Turda. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I really recommend this place because has a very good price, location, easy check-in and the host is very kind. The apartment is provided with everything you need, especially if you want to cook your own breakfast and has a free car park. Really good place to stay if you want to visit Turda Salt Mine which is only 10 min away by car or if you want to get quick to Cluj which is around 40 min away. Also Amalia the owner is a lovely person that offers to help with anything that we may need. My wife liked her very much.

Paul and Ramona are wonderful hosts, young and open to a variety of guests. They both speak English fluently. Their house is welcoming and the amenities exceed expectations. There is a full kitchen and fridge for the guests on the first floor, and an outdoors play area for the kids. Our beds were large and comfy and the room was big, and it even had a small partition that served as a suitcase closet. Bathroom was clean, with nice towels and toiletries. Great value for the money, especially if you plan to visit the salt mines which are in walking distance from the property (I highly recommend it - salina Turda is impressive).

Myself and my boyfriend and my brother and his fiancée and we all loved it. It is so clean and the food is simply amazing! I am not kidding. And they make you feel very welcome and you can tell they like what they do and they are warm people. I honestly recommend anyone to go there. There is also a lounge with TV, sofas etc. It is a great stay especially if you want to hike. It is so close to Cascada Valul Miresei. Just 15 min by car or even less. And from the parking space before the forest road you just walk another 10-15 min to the waterfall. Back to Popasul Motilor... trust me, it will be worth it.

Rooms are clean, the bathroom fully functional, good water pressure in the shower, parking easily available in the yard. The location is idyllic, it's really quiet and green and peaceful.
