Wonderful little family guesthouse in a very quiet neighborhood, that I am always coming back to when in Bangkok. This time I was able to leave my luggage to go on a 10 day trip south with no extra charge. Staff is very friendly, the rooms are beautiful decorated and very clean. AC works great and it was great to have a small balcony. 20 min walking distance to Khao San Area and 8 min walk to Thewet Pier where you can catch the ferries to the main seight seeing areas. Lot’s of good street food around.

Great location, very quiet and calm - unusual for Bangkok but all area is very nice and local too. I had everything I need around all reachable by walking distance - a good pad thai place, muay thai gym, 7 11, big shopping mall for other groceries... I loved staying there as it felt like staying at someone's cosy house - where everything was well thought of - from the books on the shelves to the paintings or kitchen items. Also very clean and tidy place, I loved it!

I had a lovely stay at the Number9 Bangkoknoi! This is truly a lovely guesthouse with amazing hosts. They promptly replied to communication and requests and had great suggestions. The room was quite big, and the bed was comfy and the shower worked very well! The neighborhood is lovely, with a park and street stalls and 7/11 nearby as well as the MRT blue line. It was very easy to get into the city and see the sights. I would recommend staying here for sure!

One of the best guest house I have stayed! Very beautiful room, the interior is very well thought out, perfect cleanliness. Especially liked the lighting, there is a lot of it, it is different, it’s very convenient and cozy! The location is excellent. We didn't see a single person from the staff, but all the instructions sent were perfectly clear and my messages were answered very quickly. Recommend and will gladly return!

The location is a bit far from the old town (10 min by scooter), but there’s a bus stop nearby and you can use Grab to get anywhere. Since it’s a residential area it’s very quiet at night.

We had a wonderful stay at Neil Niwas. The house itself is magnificent — full of character and history, it truly reflects the spirit of old Bangkok. The hostess, an architect, has created a space that feels both authentic and beautifully designed. Breakfast was excellent, and the recommendations on where to spend our time in the city were perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable and genuine Bangkok experience.
