Everything was perfect. From the room with AC, fresh drinking water, beautiful greenery on the courtyard to hospitable owner. In the kitchen you can have some eggs, toast and jam + tea and coffee, which is a nice touch. Also, you can use the washing machine, just paying 10 baht for the detergent. Guesthouse is located in a bit of distance from the center of action, but nice walkable distance. We enjoyed walking and discovering the city.

Namton and his family are lovely hosts, very kind and attentive, and he ist an amazing chef as well – I stayed for a week and tried everything from the menu, Thai classics as well as local/northern specialties, and it all was delicious, creative and beautifully arranged. Highly recommended! Will definitely come back if I visit Northern Thailand again.

The house is super cute with its garden, the rooms really comfortable, clean and have everything you need. If you're looking for a comfy guest house with a nice vibe, plants and quiet - this is the place to be! Mainly because of how much heart and soul the owner puts into it :) Thanks for a lovely stay :)

It was a smooth check in, Pass & Nee ( Reception ) are wonderful people and very helpful during our stay. We enjoyed our stay. Will come back again. It’s close to 7 eleven, gym, blind massage and restaurants. Complementary tea coffee & banana. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality stay.
