Baiyok is everything I need while I spent my time in Koh Lanta. The room is clean bright and well equipped with everything you need. The family is always welcoming when I am back from exploring the island and grandma even offered fresh cut watermelon 🍉. It’s walking distance to Long Beach and there is a commune kitchen at second floor for coffees. You can also rent bike with good conditions. I would def recommend staying here.

Watching the tides, fishing boats, listening to the sea from a quiet place. Total relaxation while painting. Evening walks in the town.

My bungalow was so nice and CLEAN!. I really liked the kitchen area & the hammock. I had lots of privacy around my bungalow, it was right next to a bunch of trees! I saw monkeys:) the neighbourhood is peaceful with local families, but 5 min walk to 711 and other amenities. 5-10 min walk to a quiet beach. Amazing!!! The owners were very cool and spoke great English. Everything was perfect , great value for the price.

The property was built in 2019 and has air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. The guest house features an infinity pool with a pool bar, as well as a hot tub and a shared kitchen. One of our favourite places to stay. The managers and staff are outstanding; friendly, polite and very helpful with any request. Hotel is as it appears in the photos. The rooms are spacious and luminous, with large, modern bathrooms, a sofa, and good-sized balconies which are perfect for chilling with a morning coffee or watching the sunset. Our room had lots of thoughtful extras, like a clothes drying rack (so good for wet swimsuits and towels!), and an office desk/remote working station. Great location in the Pra Ae / Long Beach area. The hotel is set back from the main road, which makes it quiet and tranquil. Walking distance to the beach and loads of shops and restaurants (though we rented motorbikes to explore the island). The pool is another huge plus: large and regularly cleaned/maintained. We used it almost every day!

Best accomodation I have stayed at during our travels through Southeast Asia, maybe even in all my travels. Red, the owner, is a kind hearted and super helpful man. His wife cooks delicious food at their local, friendly priced restaurant. The huts are situated amidst forested hills, away from the busier resorts and beaches. It’s stunning and quiet. The huts are comfortable, super clean, and well maintained. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lanta Smile Inn. Mr Yim is a great host, very friendly, helpful and glad to help organise tours etc in Koh Lanta. The room was modern, spotlessly cleaned and had great air con. The location is very central, 5 minute walk to long beach and there are plenty of eateries and a minimart within 2 mins walking distance. The location is also serviced by a lot of the free transfers included with tours/boats. The accomodation also offers pickup/drop off from the pier for 100THB pp. Would highly recommend this spot and would happily stay again.

We could rent motorbikes through the hostel and we got great recommendations where to visit on the island. It was a very happy and relaxed atmosphere which we really enjoyed.
