The hosts prepared a private dinner for us which was wonderful—though I should have asked for one less course (the servings and sides were generous), so it made it hard to enjoy the tiramisu they made. The house is very nicely decorated.

Located just 4 miles from Acadia National Park, Mira Monte Inn & Suites offers free Wi-Fi. Downtown Bar Harbor shopping, dining and the waterfront are a 5-minute walk. The best place to stay in Bar Harbor. We had a problem with our car, and the host helped us so much with everything, and she was very nice and caring. The room was big and clean, and we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and healthy, and the parking was comfortable. We recommend it!
