It was great to stay at the former Roberts House restaurant where I used to eat when I lived in Wise. Also nice to be near the courthouse where I worked for 16 years and visited for the eight years prior when I was a reporter. Kim was an exceptional hostess and even carried my suitcase up and down the stairs. She had so many lovely snacks and drinks available. The bathroom was so nice with lots of products in case I had forgotten anything. The room was super comfortable. Loved my stay!

Fantastic colonial house renovated with perfection. Very large and comfortable beds and bathrooms. Nice garden and outdoor veranda and beautiful breakfast room. The hosts prepared outstanding breakfasts and kids loved fresh made pancakes and adults omelette and home baked bread. Also free soft drinks and beer so enjoy in the evening. Location with a short walk to city center and great base for hikes in the parks and 15 min to Natural Bridge. Would love to come back if we pass by again. Thank you for a great stay. Not cheap but still great value and worth it.

The place is self catering, with a small bit well appointed kitchen, where it was easy to cook. There is a large living area, and a good internet connection. Bedroom was small but bed was comfortable, and there was a sizable closet. Washer/dryer available, though we did not use it. A beautiful outdoor area overlooking a small pond was lovely as well. A great value for the money!

Very clean, pictures were accurate but in person even more lovely! We loved the whole vibe/decor! Loved all the little touches and attention to detail. Beautiful location, easy drive from VT campus. Great alternative to a hotel room. Hosts are very responsive if you have questions but don’t intrude. Met Marc as we were leaving. Was wonderful to meet him and thank him in person for a lovely stay!
