They have a great sense of when to offer advice or help and when to give guests their privacy, plus they're super honest with pricing. The hosts are on duty from early morning to late evening, brewing excellent coffee, helping you find and book tours, providing laundry services, and even offering fresh local fruit and smoothies if you fancy. They can whip up breakfast, lunch, and dinner too, and that's not even the half of it. While you can walk to town, the best way to explore the island is by motorbike (unless you want to rely on local electric taxis). If you don't know how to ride a scooter, don't hesitate to rent one from the hosts - they're happy to give you a quick lesson. They taught us, and they're teaching a tourist almost every day! The hosts guided us to the most exciting activities on the island - hikes, snorkelling, night markets, you name it. They were incredibly helpful with all our questions and concerns, and they're genuinely nice and interesting people to chat with. We planned to stay for 3 nights, but we loved it so much that we stayed for a whole week. After a week with them, we opted for a couple of nights in a luxury resort. But let me tell you, Eden was quieter, more fun, more comfortable, interesting and more welcoming. Before leaving the island, we stopped by for coffee with the hosts. We really hope to go back someday!
