It would be nice to have one available for guests. Overall, it’s a comfortable and affordable place to stay!

The manager kindly shared with us nice places to go to. For this money it couldn't be even better I think.

Rooms are equipped with a balcony. This year is extremely hot in Ho Chi Minh. I have traveled here before but this year... its hot! I was amazed how well the AC cooled down the room. The windows are facing the sun but still, it was cool. Location is superb. You can reach all the main areas by walking. Perhaps 20-30 min walk from all main places in the centrum. Both of the administrators were very helpful and friendly. The juice / smoothie bar is a nice extra. After coming from training or from a walk, its nice to take a refreshing cold drink before relaxing. 10 points from me

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. It was really clean and the staff are so nice and we communicated so well. The location is just perfect.
