In particular, the attendant was incredibly helpful, assisting us with our luggage as we navigated the stairs up to our room and back down upon departure. This considerate gesture made the entire check-in and check-out process seamless, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. Overall, the combination of a well-appointed room, pristine facilities, and attentive service made our experience at Benhouse Homestay both relaxing and memorable.

We had a great stay here. Great facilities. Had free water dispenser downstairs and free washing and a dryer on the top floor. Room was clean and comfy. Definitely stay here if you get the chance. Good value.

Rooms are equipped with a balcony. This is honestly my first time writing a review here despite having been using this app since forever. Hai, the owner of this homestay, was just great and lovely. He was very attentive and always eager to help us throughout our stay in Saigon. The room looked even better irl than in the picture and the bathroom was also clean. The location might not exactly be in the center but it's a nice and relatively quiet residential area close to many attractions. 10/10 would def recommend if you come to Saigon!

Nice clean hotel in good area, big well stocked rooms with good views and open windows. We always stay here while in the city.

This recently renovated homestay is located less than 1 km from Tan Dinh Market and 1.7 km from War Remnants Museum. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Ours best stay in two weeks of Vietnam. Tom and his brother are great guys. Even the dog at the entry is always friendly and waits for you happy every time. Place is clean, cozy and quite at night. They also make good coffee at the lobby. After first three days at HCMC we went further and left our extra luggage here. No problem with that so we booked extra two nights on the way back. So it was our safe base and it felt good to come back. Definitely a recomendation!

Great location in the heart of District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City! Not directly on the main street, and a little hard to find but very quiet and comfortable. John, the host, was very friendly and helpful! Would definetly stay again!
