It says it's a 1-star Hotel (on Google) but don't let that fool you, it's nicer than a lot of 3 star hotels or homestays. Here a list of just a few things that you can expect if you stay at this place: - The homestay/hotel: a beautiful colonial style building well maintained with so much to offer, from some amazing home cooked food to cooking classes. Or just enjoy a relaxing day at the pool and do some BBQ. Everything super clean, and well maintained. They have a great variety of services that they offer, some good home-cooked food, laundry, or private taxi to airport or other attraction. And you will have access to a free bicycle on your stay here. You can even rent a motorbike from them for a good price. There's no elevator but the stairs are really wide and easy to go up, not as narrow/small like in other Vietnamese homes. The room I stated had a ton of natural light, but also with thick curtains if you want it to be dark. And there's a power outlet just by the bed. My room came with a mini fridge, big plus, AC and fan and a desk to do some work. And a really nice big balcony overlooking the quiet street and the pool. And omg, the bed is so comfortable. The water pressure is really good and amazing WiFi / Internet (over 300 Mbps) all around the property. And It has video surveillance just to be on the safe side. Though it's not really needed because you're in a really safe area with a lot of friendly local people. - The hosts/owners: Super friendly couple who will do everything in that power to make your stay amazing. From recommendation what to see or where and what to eat. Easy to communicate with them via booking chat or Whatsapp. In person it's a bit more complicated, but with translation apps it's always fun to have a chat with them. - Amazing location, in a quiet area but close to a lot of amenities. Great cafes, bars and restaurant just around the corner.

Mr Hy the owner is incredibly accommodating. His staff is really sweet. Room 302 perfect partial view of the ocean, but very private.

It was the best stay in whole Vietnam. Hoi An is a beautiful city, very quiet, less traffic and the locals are much more relaxed and friendly. The homestay was also the best I've had in Vietnam. The room is nice, big and lovingly furnished, but without being too crowded. The bed is very comfortable and the bedding smells very nice. The bathroom is large, clean and I had no problems with hot water. The towels are big enough to wrap around your body (and I am a plump woman) and they are clean. What I also liked were the high ceilings and a window for ventilation. The reception area and all the other public rooms are also nicely decorated and very clean. I enjoyed sitting on the veranda outside the entrance, eating and drink my Coke, working on my laptop or just watching people. The homestay is in a side street, so you are protected from the street noise and have plenty of peace and quiet. And the best is yet to come: the owners. Ms. Thoung and Mr. Chuong are very lovely, nice, friendly and attentive people. They told me a lot about the Vietnamese culture (very important for me, because I travel to get to know the culture of the country and the people). We had lovely and interesting conversations in which we exchanged our cultures. I had a bad conscience because I asked so many questions. But Ms Thoung answered all questions with a lot of information and a smile. Ms Thoung (and also Mr Chuong) is very attentive. She asks every day how you slept, if there are any problems and if you need help. She also asks every day if the room should be cleaned. I don't understand some of the reviews here complain about cleaning. If you don't open your mouth and say what you need, they can't help you. They can't read minds. And she asks multiple times a day, if you need something. Ms Thoung keeps the homestay very clean and attaches great importance to the satisfaction of her guests. She also took care of everything I needed. Tours, buses to the next town etc.

Le service et l’aide des gérants étaient super ! Pleins de bon conseils, bon niveau d’anglais pour vraiment pouvoir répondre à nos questions sans malentendu. Proposes des services de taxis depuis l’aéroport ! Bon prix ! Merci beaucoup ! Je vous conseille vivement cet établissement !

Our stay at Local Beach Front Villas was an absolute delight! After a month of traveling through Vietnam, stumbling upon this gem felt like hitting the jackpot. From the moment we arrived, we were embraced by the warmth and hospitality of Huyền and her wonderful family. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, and we really loved the patio with a sofa overlooking the pool. Each morning, we enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace, setting the perfect tone for the day ahead. Huyền’s recommendations and help, from scooter rentals to dining spots and even a fantastic massage at Kim Men Spa, made our trip unforgettable. Plus, the convenience of beachside service and laundry made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Local Beach Front Villas for a perfect getaway in Vietnam. Enjoy!
