United StatesI was so pleased with my experience at Villa Mar Sosua that I ended up staying twice more on my 3 week trip traveling around the DR! BEAUTIFUL property, cutely decorated rooms, and very kind staff. As a solo female traveler in the DR for my very first time, I was a bit nervous about safety - and I felt SO SAFE here on this property. Parking was easy, and they have a restaurant on site too (though I didn't end up getting to try it).
