The Hotel and Room is so comfortable and clean... Room is big as well as the toilet.. have token laundry and dryer.. he host is so helpful guidance us.. location is more east of the city... not the center but is ok since Castojeriz is a long shape city.. Its pity missed the mass on the Church and no time to visit the ruin Palace on top of the hill

The boss and staff are very kind. We stayed here for one more day because we were not feeling well. They were very concerned about our situation and provided suggestions and assistance. The Korean meals for lunch and dinner were delicious, and the Koreans living together said the food was very authentic. The room and the bathrooms are very clean, there is plenty of hot water in the bathrooms, and there is a great atrium where you can rest and dry clothes. We love it here and would choose to stay here again if we have another chance.

Angie, the hostess was amazing. Super organized, friendly and efficient. She and her mom made a huge paella dinner for the whole albergue. They took care of all of us soo well. I heard that a guest didn't receive her bag from Burgos and her mom brought it for her. So kind.

All single beds and no bunks! Nice communal meal and got a vegetarian option. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy and the big dorm in the roof was atmospheric place to rest. As other reviews have noted Castrojeriz is essentially one long street and this hostel is at the far end when walking in, but that just gives you a head start in the morning :) There is a nice square to sit and shops etc are also nearby.

Excellent hostel, the pods were so comfortable, and it was great to not hear any beds creaking when other people moved!!! The best hostel sleep of my Camino so far… The owner was really helpful, and dinner was good. I’d recommend this hostel for sure!

The fellow checking us in spoke excellent English. I took both meal options, dinner and breakfast, and was able to get a vegetarian dinner. I don't normally take a breakfast option but did this time because it's about 10 km to the next town with cafes. Meals are catered by someone else who brings them in. Liked the single beds, it was nice not dealing with a bunk bed. Great location, close to the Camino.
