I stayed in this hostel for 3 days. The room was large and clean. I had a bed and a socket. There was no problem with the internet. I do not understand why people had problems with these issues, there was no problem. Staff were very good. Especially Shary and Pablo (I hope I spelled their names right :) ) helped me a lot. I want to thank them. both very good

This is a nice, cozy little hostel in Madrid with a family-like ambiance and very friendly staff. They have quality beddings, not the inflatable nonsense common in hostels, but REAL high quality and very comfortable mattresses. Cleaning service is continuous and the girl is literally cleaning after guests all day long, keeping the site super clean. WiFi is free and truly high speed, individual electrical sockets for EACH bed, large fridge and hot showers. Metro station is few minutes walking. I would like to congratulate the staff for the excellent service and high value for money. Thank you.

I loved the facilities most of all - lots and lots of common areas! All amazing, clean, beautiful! The outside and inside areas were very cool and there was a rooftop! I thought the bed was comfy too. The location was SUPERB! The staff was super friendly and helpful, I talked to them a bunch and they made me feel right at home. Excellent staff!

Wonderful hostel, everything was great from the price, great rooms, common spaces, awesome activities EVERY DAY and, last but not least, the coolest and most helpful/knowledgeable staff! What else could I ask for? You’ll be sure to enjoy your time in Madrid if you stay at this hostel 😊 OneFam - I will be back ;) (Just as a sidenote, it was 20 min walking distance from the city center, whereas OneFam Sungate is right in the middle of the old town, but everything is super accessible by foot I actually really enjoyed the calmer neighborhood where this hostel is located)

1. Extremely comfortable beds. Like, the perfect mattress for me. Nice pillows too! Really central to the heart of madrid. The cleaners and staff do a great job. I own a hotel in Ireland and I deal with customers all the time and the amount of patience the staff here have for customers and guests is excellent. Its a thankless job sometimes. The common area is really pretty too.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Location was very nice. Overall no complaints
