They replied quickly to my messages They had a secure place for my bicycle The location was excellent within 200m of the cathedral in the centre of town The manager Ana was friendly and extremely helpful. She spoke perfect English The 6 man dorm was of a good size and comfortable. They provided lockers with keys. The lounge area was comfortable with good WiFi in all areas The kitchen was well equipped with a hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge etc. There was a washing machine for 5E. Towels were 2E. There was a lift to the 3rd floor that my touring bike fitted in. An ideal place to stay for a cyclist!!! I would happily return

The location was perfect. Viktoria, the host, was really lovely and helpful. The building was beautiful. The facility was clean. Our room was really spacious and perfect for a family.

Beautiful place, best location in the whole of León with amazing views, great host Juan, clean and comfortable. it's more of a 5-star hotel than a hostel:)

The description doesn't really do justice to this place. It is much better than most hostels but only slightly more expensive. I stayed in a dorm, but it had only four beds (two bunk beds). It had a wardrobe and tables. There is soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The kitchen is very well-equipped with a mini-oven, a microwave, paper towels, salt, sugar, and other condiments left by previous guests. Everything is very very clean. The bed linen is actually linen - not the disposable crap they give you to sleep on in other hostels. The living room is spacious and comfortable. The rooms are lockable and you have the key so you can come and go as you please.

They are just on "The Way ". They have amazing breakfast menus, with scramble eggs, bacon, fresh orange juice, coffee, milk and plenty other options, and the most expensive is only 6.5€. They have pilgrims menu and "A la carte" choices, all very good. And bar with tapas. The rooms are modern, clean, spaciuos. It is my second time here and if I have the opportunity I will definetly come back. The previous stay was with the family, two teens and they just love the place with the pool and a gaming room.

La Santa Siesta has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Villadangos del Páramo.

This was a warm, family run Albergue. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The meal was a genuine home cooked meal in a communal setting. Highly recommend this place as a stop on the Camino.

Situated conveniently in the centre of León, HOSTEL ALEA is within a few steps of Leon Cathedral and 500 metres of San Isidoro Church.

Everthing clean and organized, very close to city center
