I didn't have any reservation but they allowed me in. Since my legs were so bad they helped to change from 2nd floor to 1st floor and to bottom bed which was super helpful. Albergue also offered pilgrimage meal.

Location is good and it has a very peaceful internal courtyard. Staff were exceptionally helpful in tracking down some stray luggage for me. Very nice people.
