This is a nice, cozy little hostel in Madrid with a family-like ambiance and very friendly staff. They have quality beddings, not the inflatable nonsense common in hostels, but REAL high quality and very comfortable mattresses. Cleaning service is continuous and the girl is literally cleaning after guests all day long, keeping the site super clean. WiFi is free and truly high speed, individual electrical sockets for EACH bed, large fridge and hot showers. Metro station is few minutes walking. I would like to congratulate the staff for the excellent service and high value for money. Thank you.

Excellent stay with great spacious facilities for rest, work and meals. The place is clean and well planned. People are extremely friendly and helpful. Had great time during my travel with family having to work online at the same time.

I loved the facilities most of all - lots and lots of common areas! All amazing, clean, beautiful! The outside and inside areas were very cool and there was a rooftop! I thought the bed was comfy too. The location was SUPERB! The staff was super friendly and helpful, I talked to them a bunch and they made me feel right at home. Excellent staff!

After five weeks,mostly in hostels this was my last day of the trip OK outshone them all Really informative and helpful Reception. The 6 euro buffet breakfast had everything you could wish for your plate 24 hour free tea and coffee, clean linen ,sparkling bathroom and WCs Nothing was too much trouble and there were plenty of areas to relax. Maria and the rest of the staff are really helpful during our stay. Maria, in particular, not only provided us a map but also gave us a sample walking tour of the most important sites in the area plus recommendations on restaurants. The location is excellent, everything is just a walk away and you do not really need to take public transport, although it is very close to the metro station (less than 200meters on foot). There is no breakfast service in the hotel but there are so many options in the area, even a 24-hour Carrefour. The room has a little balcony, which facing the street and we didn't have a lot of issues with the noise except during Friday night, when everyone is out in the streets until late at night.
