Great location. Grocery stores, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. There are tram and bus stops nearby. There's a bomb shelter a minute from the house. There is a cozy pool on the roof and furniture for relaxation. There is a 360-degree view from the roof, as there are no taller houses nearby. it's a nice old building in constructivizm style not far from center. so clear and cozy. there is everything for cooking in kitchen. it's so comfortable.
