Staying at Mellow Fellow was the best decision I could’ve made. The location is perfect, the building is beautiful and full of history but what truly makes it special is the atmosphere created by Karma and Tenz. They are such warm, genuine, and kind-hearted people. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. Everything is spotless and well kept. The rooms are cozy, the white linens are fresh and clean everything is simple and cared for with love. Breakfast was included and always a real treat: something different every day, delicious and home-cooked by the owner’s sister. Karma is an incredibly open and generous person. He’s not just a host he’s a true friend to his guests. He’ll recommend great places to eat, what to see, and is always ready to help with anything. He helped me a lot with my trip to Sikkim, and I’m truly grateful for that. Mellow Fellow isn’t just a place to stay it’s a space where you immediately feel at home and get to connect with other travelers. It’s warm, vibrant, and genuinely one of a kind.

I enjoyed alot there and special thanks to auntie as i was not well she made a special food for me that could provide me a relief because i had toothache, so I felt better after having that. Scarlet who always be there to help me. I miss the poha and delicious tea that scarlet made for me that was the precious time that I enjoyed there.I never felt bored there because of her As i had amazing experience there. So, I would recommend to others to visit darjling and hidden monkey if anyone wants to make their journey memorable. Last but not the least a special thank to Ankit brother who guided me well to have fabulous experience and he assisted how to use transportation there because of there different system.

This place is like a heaven for solo travelers and a group of friends There are bunk beds(separate for boys and girls) as well as privet room facilities. Rooms were very clean and everything was up to date E.g they will provide reading lamp near your bed side as well as a phone holder to support your phone while charging. Hot water, electricity and wifi facilities are excellent,(they have wifi at all 3 floors) Location is also very nice Near batasia loop and from galary you can witness the beauty of kanchanganga peak as well as trains of Darjeeling. The owner and staff are very polite and friendly. Food facilities are also there and it's very tasty. They have a game room with projector. A meditation room as well as bonfire facility at thr roof top. Overall it was a lovely experience And I'm certain at where to stay in Darjeeling.

Really nice dorm room and common area with very kind staff. They booked a tuktuk for me to go to the railway station very early on the day of my checkout. I came back here after staying a week before, and it was definitely worth it!

I had reached Darjelling pretty late but the host came to pick me up pretty late in the evening, which was so appreciated. As soon as you get there you get this feeling of getting laid back and easing up. They are such a nice bunch .They even have services availible for local commutes . I would highly reccomend everyone to ask the host for the local food and places(their recommendations),They will reccomend you places and restaurants that are gems.
