Staying at this hotel in Florence was a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. First of all, the location is excellent — very close to the tram stop, which made it easy to get around the city. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the room always tidy and well-prepared. The service was outstanding, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was also a highlight — delicious, varied, and high quality. The price-to-quality ratio was absolutely fair. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would gladly stay here again in the future!

Everything was perfect and beyond my expectations. As soon as I arrived at the desk to check in ,the guy working there was very helpful a d gave me all the informations needed. They even gave me a Free beer as a welcome The Hostel it's very clean and all the equipment are new. I was amazed by the organization that the staff did with different activities such as group games,bag painting or karaoke. It's the perfect place for solo traveler's because u have the opportunity to meet a lot of new people and it's very easy

Liked the bar, the welcoming drink, rooms clean, cleaned every day, small lamp and shelf and socket with every bed, I actually liked entering the room with app, felt safe because of it. Liked kitchen, terrace and free stuff if you need. Location best. Pub quiz good fun, surprisingly, i have never felt attracted to this before. And more.... Thank you:)

The location is quite convenient for the city centre and the train station. The services, pool , sauna and gym, are very good. The view from the terrace also is quite nice. Our room was warm all the time also as we stayed in a bot vold week.

I loved the bunks here. There are stairs to get to the upper bunks. You have ton of headspace for the lower bunk. So clean. Kitchen and outdoor area super nice and clean. Little cute kitten that wanders around super cute. Love the vibe of being in an old monastery. Centrally located and easy to get to food and tourist places.
