The check-in was very easy. The room was tidy and very clean and there was a fresh aroma all around. The building is completely renovated and there is a good atmosphere. We enjoyed the decoration and the beautiful plants. The fridge in the bedroom was very useful. The breakfast is great, very complete with lots of options. The staff is very friendly and always available to help. We want to thank Daniela, Maria and Elisabete for making our stay in Terceira Island a great experience. We hope to meet you again soon!

The staff was incredibly accommodating, I arrived around 9pm and was given complimentary crackers and bottles of water. In the morning, my scheduled taxi was unavailable so the owners drove me to the airport. Incredibly kind and welcoming people who provided a safe and homey overnight stay.

sheila and the rest of the staff were soo friendly and welcoming, as soon as I checked in, sheila gave me a briefing about the island, what do to, where to go, she even had a map of her fav places! as a solo female traveller, I felt super comfortable and at ease. the place is very clean, the kitchen has everything you need along with some snacks. def would come back again!
