Very clean and modern, if you weren’t sharing a room it would be like a high end boutique hotel. Lockers could fit my huge checked bag and 2 additional carry ons with space to spare. I’m 6’5 and the beds were long enough, also very comfortable and not just by hostel standards. Room had very good A/C you could control and WIFI wasn't slow at all. Owner and reception were very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful place, right in the city centre. A premium service offered by the hosts Susana and Pedro: they really took care of us, explaining everything Ponta Delgada has to offer and even more. A grand joy to arrive into this welcoming oasis in Ponta Delgada, I got greeted by kind people who were genuinly interested in me, a rare bijou in these lands - you are far more then a customer. You are home. Easygoing, I had the opportunity to rest and be by myself, drink a coffee or play the guitar in the hammocks, or I could indulge in the cosy socialness of thought-through activities like surfing or a three-course meal by an amazing cook who brings some vegetables from his own garden. I´ts a well balanced atmosphere of community and down to earth-service. Every person who worked at this place was very loving and well-meaning people who´d Id wanted to talk more to, it was just too much fun stuff to do. And the beach is just a free electric bicycle-ride away rolling down the hills. Oh! And the BEDS were the best on the island (- and I´ve been to quite many.)

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hostel. The beds were comfy, the hostel is very spacious, very clean, perfect location. Everything has been great, Ricardo has been a lovely host and helped me a lot during my stay. I'll be back :)

It was very clean and well equiped! The owner is very friendly and helpfull. The hostel is in the city centre with everything on walking distance. I parked the car at Avenida D. Manuel I which is 500m and there is always plenty of parking space. I recommend the hostel and will visit it agian for sure.

Great location, in the city centre but not on a main street which means no noises during the night but at same time 3 minutes walking to main square. We rented a car and there are city parkings on a street therefore relatively easy to park. Breakfast was delicious, room modern and big with great bathroom. The girl working at the hostel is really nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this place for anyone travelling to Ponta Delgada

Hands down the best hostel I ever stayed in - the beds were clean and comfy with curtains, bathrooms had privacy and everything was very tidy. The location was amazing and we always found parking for free. The breakfasts were fresh and also very nice !

Loved the breakfast, the garden, and how accommodating they were with luggage and use of the garden area before check in and after check out. They also called us a cheap taxi on our way out. Beautiful hostel, great private room! Eat at the restaurant downstairs, their food is incredible.

The hostel has very friendly vibes. The guests can meet at a terrace with beautiful view to the ocean. The cleanliness was generally good. I felt very safe inside the hostel and even comfortable on the bunk bed - you can close the curtains and create a little "bedroom" of your own. Also the neighborhood felt very safe. It was my first experience with a hostel and taking into account the price and service, it was definitely not the last:)
