The property is around 300 metres from Surfers Paradise Beach, less than 1 km from SkyPoint Observation Deck and 4 km from Marina Mirage Shopping Centre. The accommodation offers entertainment staff and a shared kitchen. I loved that breakfast and dinner were including. There was an assortment of cereals, yogurts and pancakes for breakfast. Dinner was satisfying and portions are generou Coffee, hot chocolate and tea are always readily available. There was also a lot of privacy for each bunk which is often not the case for most hostels. I am very sensitive to noise when I'm sleeping so I brought ear plugs but honestly didn't need them.

At the hostel, rooms include a terrace with a garden view. With a shared bathroom fitted with a shower and a hairdryer, rooms at Tequila Sunrise Podstel also boast a city view. The rooms will provide guests with a fridge. I liked the meals included, the toilets and showers were clean and plenty of them, and the several areas you can hangout in.

All rooms include ceiling fans and have access to shared bathroom facilities. Secure private lockers are provided for all guests. Rooms with direct access to the courtyard are available. This so close to the airport, great location. Plus I arrived late and the staff were so helpful. He went out of his way to help me with my bags, as I had hurt my leg. Also to help me secure a lower bunk (which I asked for earlier when I booked) as I couldn't climb to the top bunk. So he asked politely to get one of the girls to change with me. Such a great help and a wonderful stay. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you so much. Judith
