Staff super helpful and friendly, and a very friendly atmosphere in the common area. The dorm beds had curtains around them and had stunning views of the mountains.

HI Calgary City Centre is located in East Village, right around the corner from downtown. Free coffee and tea is provided all day. I felt very welcome from the first minute. The staff was so nice and there are different areas to hang out. A library if you like it quiet (even with a balcony!) and a games room if you want to meet people. Also the kitchen was eqipped just like home. Everything was super clean. Amazing Hostel and I would go back for sure!

Set amid the Canadian Rockies in Banff National Park, this hostel boasts an on-site cafe and 2 self-catering guest kitchens. It includes private storage for guests and acts as a ski pass vendor. A clean hostel with friendly staff. I had a bathroom in my room, which was great. There was a large kitchen, and a plus: the ability to store luggage without checking in. 4 female bedroom

The place is really amazing; the staff is friendly, and they even gift you a 3-day public transport pass so you don't have to pay for it. The rooms were great, comfy, and warm. I was able to work from a small office they have looking out to the woods, and it was really great. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Away from the town. Set in an amazing setting. Floor to ceiling glass with views over the mountains. The Three Sisters stood gloriously within eyes view. Hikes two mins from Lodge. The lodge was exceptionally spotless clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Outdoor and indoor seating for eating. I cannot fault this accommodation.

The hostel is well-run by Lars, who gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. The 12-bed dorms are actually split into two parts with 6 beds each which provided a more private and quiet experience than expected. With no electricity, no phone reception, and only 1 hour wifi per day, the hostel forces you to disconnect and instead enjoy the nature, the sauna, and each others' company. With only around 20km to Lake Louise, it is the ideal base for exploring some of the highlights in Banff.
