Very friendly family that runs the hotel/hostel. Because it was still low season we got a free upgrade to a better room which is always a nice surprise. The room was very comfortable and the location is fantastic. There is also a lovely little common area where you can watch TV and enjoy a free selection of teas.

A ski school and the European Walking Tours Office are reachable within a 2-minute walk. The staff was very nice and available. Ski resort is not too far (10 mins by foot). Proper youth hostel!
