Eden Inn offers a European standard of Service and Cleanliness. We pride ourselves in the highest standard of Cleanliness and Value for Money in the whole Yangshuo area. We really liked the personal touch and also the friendly and helpful owner and staff. The quality of the breakfast (option Western or Chinese), as well as the coffee and evening bar is very unique for China - especially for this place. Eric and Sammie were super helpful with everything - including helping us to book the right tours and advising us on what not to do :-) right opposite the hotel you can rent an e-scooter (diandongche in Chinese) which is very cheap and you can get around very easily. The bamboo rafting tour you can reach by foot in around 15'. Dinner options you also have in walking distance - we loved the food right when you leave the hotel, you go left and the first little restaurant on the left side had amazing food. we also did the sunrise tour to Xianggong mountain and the owner helped us to book a private driver. it was worth getting up early but be aware that there are lots of people there also wanting to see the sunset (even in the off-season there were many people). But they make sure you are early enough to get a good spot for watching the sunrise and getting to take great pictures as well. We really enjoyed our time there. The international touch and the friendly hosts made it special!

We had such a good experience staying at Joe’s hostel in Guilin. Joe is one of the most friendly and helpful hosts we’ve met on our travels. He took time to explain the best places to see, how to get around, and even suggested some spots I wouldn’t have found on my own. It really made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. The hostel itself is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need, but what really stands out is Joe’s hospitality. He always had a smile and was happy to help with anything, from giving directions to sharing local advice. It felt more like staying with a friend. If you’re coming to Guilin, I highly recommend staying here. You’ll not only have a good place to sleep but also a host who genuinely cares about his guests. We’ll definitely come again

Upon exit take the Bus ( 5 yuan) going to Xiping bus station..The hostel is just a 2 minutes walk.The hostel is at the back of the main road.So very quiet.Many Restaurants nearby and just a minute walk at the main road.The owner doesn't speak much English but He is always smiling..All the information is posted on the wall .The best hike is to go to Laozhai Hill. The main entrance is near the ferry and boat tours in Li River and about 550 meters from the hostel.20-30 minutes hike to the highest View point. The bamboo boats are across the bridge near Xiping Ancient city . The room and bathroom is clean.bed is comfy. There's a filtered water to drink.
