I stayed there for 30 days and never had an unpleasant situation. Rana, the house owner is very helpful and always available if you need assistance. I would recommend this if you don't mind a simple, yet comfortable place to rest and be able to cook, and have a good place to shower and do laundry. Thank you! It is also on the main roads with quick access to trams.
