Only a 10 minute walk from the main Hbf and next to the main shopping mall (Forum). There is no reception, it operates by you getting a code for the door and for a lockbox to get the keys to the apartment. But, the WhatsApp number is responsive and the housekeeping lady was very friendly and let me store my luggage early. Duisburg is not a huge hub and it is a bit of off season (getting into later fall) so the place was not fully booked, I stayed for 4 nights and had the two occupancy room to myself for three of them. The place is very clean and orderly, normally I wear shoes everywhere in hostels but you can tell that this place is cleaned intentionally and on a regular basis with good products and good technique.
