When I had a problem with my room key on the 2nd night (it wouldn't open the bedroom door), it was fixed quickly by the gentleman at reception. The room was very cheap but that was reflected in the state of it.

The online description is very accurate. Sebastian was on hand as much or as little as you needed. Great location.

Went there to attend Olympic Games in Lille (basketball). The hotel was conveniently located for the stadium and had free spacious parking space behind it. The staff shared some tips about how to get to the stadium, etc. Standard ibis budget accommodation

Easy location budget hotel. Lovely helpful staff. Swimming pool was heated and open long hours (until 9pm in summer). Rooms clean and comfortable.

Cheap. Cycling and could lock bike in bedroom - request ground floor. Hot water and decent shower.

I can’t complain too much. I picked this hotel as it was on the outskirts of Lille and cheap.

Great location, quiet and feeling safe. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Located in a lovely, village-feel part of Lille suburb, next to a park.
