The sound of the mosque did not bother me, its part of their culture you just need to accept it and go back to sleep if it wakes you up - I don’t think there are Many places in lubuan Bajo where you will not hear it. The girls at the coffee shop were very friendly as was Yogi at reception who was extremely helpful throughout my stay. Good secure (locked up) place to leave your luggage if you need to. They booked a very good day tour around Komodo national park for me before my arrival and there was good communication regarding this via whatsapp
