I liked the nice shared common space that made a communal feeling even though you had a private room. I slept very well!

It is not a big space, but you don't feel cramped in there either. Spacious common room facilitates contacts with other travelers. Breakfast was delicious, neatly and freshly prepared, with various food to choose from. Helpful staff, answering not only your questions, but having an interesting conversations with you. Lastly, how not to mention Jiro? A friendly guardian of this place, he adds unique vibes.

Shin - owner of the place was extremely nice to us and it feels that the place was made with love We are looking forward to come back to Kyoto and stay here again
