She even offered us free breakfast, which she made herself and was delicious. The rooms were in Japanese style, with probably one of the most comfy beds we ever slept in. The super clean toilet and bathroom were shared, but since there are only a few rooms, it was no issue for us. The internet speed was excellent.

So clean, warm to come back to after a Winter day around the lake and what a perfect perfect location for seeing Mt Fuji. It is directly opposite 1min walk away to cross the road and you are in Oishi Park. After walking around the lake and seeing the other hotel options I would say this was the best location!
