There is a restaurant within the hostel area and they cook tasty food so you need to try for sure. Also the staff is amazing. I cannot rate the breakfast because of my early leaving. The location was great, it was very easy to get around everywhere, the food was great, and the rooms felt clean and comfortable! The best part is honestly the people working here. They have become like family to me <3 I was staying here for almost a month and a half in spring of 2024 but I wouldn't have stayed as long as I did had I not bonded as hard as I did with Bishwo and Lena especially. We would eat together often, go out together, spend many late nights talking or jamming together or with other hostel guests and friends from the area, we made so much fun together! We'd spent the Newari new year together (Biska Jatra) and even took little day trips to Nagarkot for hiking and swimming. Staying here was a very special experience for me as I am sure it was for many other guests who have had the pleasure of getting to know the Swastik Hostel crew <3 I cannot wait to come back and see everyone. So much love to you Hostel Swastik, I miss you so much, and thank you for that time.
