Newly opened and refurbished in October 2020, Wanderlust NZ is a waterfront hostel located in a historical building in downtown Tauranga. Clean rooms and facilities, plenty of storage space, rooftop kitchen + balcony. Cozy interior and near restaurants.

Rotorua Downtown Backpackers is a modern hostel is located in the heart of Rotorua across the road from the I-Site and major bus lines. This is easily my most favourite hostel in all of New Zealand. Staff were incredibly friendly. The pods were comfortable and very spacious. Rooms were laid out in a way that it was also spacious. Location is great, I cant believe the value for money staying here!

Located on a quiet street opposite Blake Park, Seagulls Guesthouse offers free fibre WiFi and is a 5-minute walk from Mount Maunganui Beach. Comfy bed, clean room, very clean premises in general.

Great location, very central and easy to walk to most things. The beds are really comfy and the area was quiet. Staff are super friendly and helpful.
