I liked that it was based on a site which held a great heritage of the city of swat. I loved the fact that the Serena had maintained the original conditions of the heritage rooms. I loved the landscaping. I also liked that every tree was named and marked with its age giving it its own identity. I loved the swimming facility it was good to have a heated pool. It was peaceful with nice views. It had a children’s play area. It was safe secure. All the things you look for when you go as a family.

Ambience, breakfast, service was excellent and the attitude of the staff especially Mem Kayanat was very considerate/gentle cooperative, thank you all hotels stay safe family

The hotel is very clean. We felt very safe and enjoyed every moment here. Bilal and Hamza were always there to help us and guide us about Ayubia. I also loved the location of this hotel in comparison to others. Would recommend staying here and will surely visit again.
