The bright rooms at the Rivoli Cinema Hostel have wooden floors and are all individually designed with film-inspired decor. Each has a shared bathroom and a balcony. The location, the staff, the service and the rooms, all were magnifique! You can reach everywhere easily from the building. The breakfast was also enough, and you are able to cook some stuff. And, the personel, everyone were kind and helpful. Even I try to buy a ticket for a Porto game, they strived for me to search and buy. Sorry I do not remember exactly but also special thanks for "Nunu" for his help on how to get airport. Finally, there is a locker room where you can leave your luggage. Thank you for everything.

I loved the seating area in the yard as well as the hammocks! The room is small, but very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, and offered to have a pilgrims dinner which was wonderful!

From the moment you walk in, it feels like family — super clean, with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, coffee machine) and a delicious, varied free breakfast. Magali, the host, is incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient, and you can tell she runs the place with heart and soul. There’s also a guitar to play and a beautiful yard to relax in — it truly feels like home. The location isn’t downtown, but buses 602 and 580 stop right in front of the hostel, so getting around is easy. I’ve stayed in other hostels in Porto, but this is the only one I wholeheartedly recommend. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return. Thanks, Magali!
