The dorm was spacious and clean and the beds were warm and comfy. Curtains for privacy. The bathroom was also clean with a good hot shower. I rented a bike for 7 days to go from Cao Bang to Ha Giang and it was such good quality. Didn't have a single problem with it, and she was available all along via WhatsApp with tips on route choices, homestays along the way, activity recommendations and of course always checking in I was ok. This was my best experience hands down in all my 45 days in Vietnam.
