Our property was inspected June 18, 2020 by the government of Antigua & Barbuda and was certified for safety for reopening Tropical garden cottage w/patio and courtyard overlooking a tropical garden. You are welcome to freely eat any of the fruits that are in season. The apartment is air-conditioned and is fully equipped with modern and convenient amenities including free internet with WIFI, a smart TV with access to hundreds of movie, sports and other entertainment channels. Although not in the apartment, you will have free access to washer. • The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender and other kitchen appliances

Hey, we are Pascal & Sueli I am from the beautiful Island of Antigua and Barbuda where Land and Sea makes beauty with 365 White sand beaches and my wife Sueli from Brazil. I am a retired Scotiabank manger with 36 years in the customer service business. My wife Sueli and I are believers in Christ and and now service full time in our local church work. We both enjoyed traveling around the world, attending our church conferences and trainings, and for other purposes, meeting new people and creating new experiences. We have traveled to Africa, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Brazil, Canada, Cayman Islands, China, Dominica, El Salvador, England, Grenada, Greece, Guatemala, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Honduras, India, Ireland, Israel, Martinique, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Russia, Portugal, Taiwan, Tortola (BVI), St. Thomas & St. Croix (USVI), St. Marrteen, St. Lucia, St. Kitts, Trinidad & Tobago, & USA. Enjoy a stunning Sun rise on the patio as you enjoy your coffee or tea while you listen to the birds, and animals in the neighborhood. Our apartment is located almost center of the island in a village community with friendly neighbors and villagers. You can hear the sounds of animals, mainly cows, dogs, chickens, birds and insects. We are also located near one of the main highways through the island so you will hear sounds of vehicles passing by. There are no public transportation on our road, but we are 5 minute’s walks to a fresh vegetable and fruit market, 15 minute’s walks to a small neighborhood supermarket, 15 minutes’ drive into the city of St. John’s, and 20 minutes’ drive to the beach or to some of the historic and tourist sites. We also have a rental car (Toyota Vitz) and you have the option of renting it for a fee less than the vehicle rental company. There are no Uber of Lyft on the island but there is a list of taxi service in the house manual The neighborhood is fairly safe but for you added protection and safety we have installed cameras only on the outside perimeter of the property and security alarm inside the property.
