There are a lot of arguments that make the property unique
Firstly,it is five minutes by walk from the coast line and the bulevard of Saranda where most of the tourist and residents use to have a walk and enjoy the sea view both morning and evening.
Secondly, it has the commodity and all the furnitures that a luxury and comfort house should have to leave the customers as happy as possible. Everything is brand-new, including all the items used to design the flat with.
