The villa is two-story, but only the first floor is accessible as the other floor is closed, meaning the entire house is available for you to enjoy. It has a garden with trees and flowers, a play area for children, parking space for your car, and a barbecue area. The house has two bedrooms, a kitchen separate from the living room, a living room.

Just 100 m from the property you will find a beautiful mosque to visit. The city center is 5 km from the house, you will go by bus, taxi or your own car. In the city center you will find the museum, amphitheater, boulevard, shops, historical museum etc. The high way to Tirana, Kruja, Shkoder and to the south ( Berat, Vlora, Saranda) is 500 m from the house so it is very accessible and easy to go to these places.
