After working as a Geological Engineer in the construction of several Hydropowering Projects in Albania, I decided to dedicate my time and energy to my passions like environmentalism, nature, ecosystem, hospitality and tourism. I returned back to the city where I grew up with new initiatives. The connection with this magnetic nature gives me peace and inspire me with creativity. I love traveling, ocean and to connect with nature. The main themes of this project are the liberation of nature from waste, recycling, maintenance and protection of nature. The camping base was transformed from a mass of waste mainly (plastic, cans and broken glass) into a free and harmonized space to accommodate. The mission continues daily with volunteer forces for the surrounding areas occupied by waste. New plantings in sand, while supporting and nourishing the young seedlings with organic waste. The beach is only accessible by boat or by hiking, NO ACCESS BY CAR. Escape to Lost Paradise, a secluded eco-camp nestled on the shores of Gjiri Krorëz, where you are surrounded by mountains and wildlife. This hidden gem offers pristine beaches, diverse natural beauty, and a chance to reconnect with nature. Lost Paradise is the perfect escape for eco-conscious travelers seeking tranquility and adventure. The camp thrives on sustainable practices with a key focus on recycling, the enjoyment of camping and togetherness whilst getting in touch with nature. So you can enjoy a private beach, a beautiful sunset at the end of the day, the view of the Galaxy with its infinity of stars and the Milky Way to yourself every evening! Here we provide accommodation in tents and a continental breakfast in the morning. We also offer some meals, drinking water, beers, soft drinks and cocktails, boat trips, sup paddle on request for a additional fee. You also have the chance to pitch your own tent, please send across a message if you decide to bring your own. We offer a basic outdoor kitchen and a BBQ is available for you to use. Feel free to bring your own food and use the kitchen, or you can choose to use our food products and cook your own meal for a small fee. The bathroom consists of an outdoor shower and a dry toilet. We also have a small solar battery charger for small devices but we recommend you bring your own power bank. The easiest way to reach us is by boat. We recommend arriving by tourist boat that leaves daily between 9am-11am, from Sarandë promenade in the harbour next to Bar Restaurant Limani. Also there are two trails for hiking from Gjiri Kakomes or Plazhi Lukovë (Shpella). The paths are equipped with signals (red and white) on rocks and trees. Please note they are rocky mountain trails, nature regenerate so it happens you will encounter bushes. Both take approximately 90 minutes, you need proper hiking shoes. Please bring cash as there are no card facilities.

Explore the surrounding coves by boat or embark on scenic hikes through the nearby mountains. For discovering hidden bays, bunkers, former military units from the dictatorship era and for fishing enthusiasts, we offer boat trips, hiking trip or you can use the stand-up paddle boarding for a additional fee. The duration for daily boat trips is decided according to marine meteorological forecasts. Some days no boats can reach Gjiri Krorez due to waves. For enthusiasts hikers throught the trail from Gjiri Kakome, you have the chance to visit two Monasteries of St. Mary. They belongs to the post-Byzantine period XVII century. The monastery of Krorez has a varied history, abandoned and marked by the dictatorial era, from there you can experience one of the most beautiful sunsets. Please note, they are rocky mountain trails, you need proper hiking shoes. For enthusiasts climbers, there is a rocky massif about 100m high, before undertaking this adventure, you must come equipped with the necessary professional equipment. If you have a car, public parking still exists, but we recommend you to choose a private parking to be safer. However, as a result of the high number of cars I cannot guarantee you will find a parking space. In Gjiri Kakome, before you take the direction of the path, there is a gate of the private area, there are private guards, you can choose to give a tip to have more security of your car. If you choose to reach us by boat from Sarandë promenade in the harbour next to Bar Restaurant Limani, you have different options of boats. We recommend taking the Vitoria Boat Tour with departure at 10am which stops right in front of the campsite, prices per person are approximately 20 euros return. Various restaurants sit by the beach which you can eat from, however these close at 5pm. Please bring your own snacks and ensure you have essential items as there are no grocery shops nearby. Please ensure that you bring ID as it is recorded for safety and legal purposes
