The apartment is located in the 2th floor, cozy and spacious, with a lot of light coming in and easily fitting up 3 to 4 people. Ideal for long and short terms. It is fully equipped with everything you will need to feel just like home. You can find a cozy and peaceful atmosphere in the living room, with a very comfy sofa, while browsing the trees from the balcony and watching TV or enjoying a coffee. Also you will find a fully equipped kitchen.
I am from Tirana, currently living in Rotterdam. I am very passionate about investing and reading. I spend most of the summer in Durres and I hope you enjoy this cozy and quiet apartment as much as I do.
The apartment is located in one of the safest and quiet areas in Durres. The beach from the apartment is just 1 min walk. The bus stop to go to the city center is only 7-10 min by walk. The apartment is surrounded by trees which makes you feel like you are in a forest. Close to the apartment you will find a nice Restaurant / Bar where you can enjoy drinks and meal next to the sea. The apartment is 22.5 km from Tirana International Airport and 30 min from Tirana by car.
