This property is a wooden villa totally renovated , eith the classic view from outside but modern from inside . It has a personal garden with vegetables and many atjer trees and fruits, big space when you can hang out and do some barbecue with your friends or family , . It is located 3 minutes ftom vlras port and 1 min from the sea , it is totally surrounded ftom trees and you have not neighbors so it is a vety private villa
It is a very quiet and familiar zone with different point of access and without traffic 3 minutes from th port of vlora , 5 minutes from the museum of vlora and 7 minutes ftom lungomare . It has all the necessities as shops or walks or the best restaurants of the city , everything is in reach of 3-5 minutes on foot.
