The apartment is new, with very modern furniture, located on a new residential building, 5th floor, with an elevator. It consists of a spacious living room, one modern kitchen with all quality household appliances (inverter), a dining area, a TV board, and a sofa. 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedside tables, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and 2 bedside tables. It has also a 2nd bathroom.
