Once here, you will never want to leave this beautiful one-of-a-kind space. Our property offers beautiful accommodations about 700 meters from the sea. The accommodations, suitable for couples and families or groups of friends, have a total of 9 beds. The property has a very large courtyard as well as a private entrance patio for each accommodation. Parking for the car is free and private.

We are a team specialized in Property Management, especially in the management of holiday homes in Albania. Today's tourists are constantly looking for new places to spend their summer and weekday holidays, relaxing and at affordable prices. With the advent of new applications, it is easier to travel in Europe. Albania is an excellent destination to invest in the real estate market by making your properties profitable, thanks to the mild climate, which offers beautiful sunny days all year round.

The house is located in a quiet area in Uji i ftohte in Vlora, surrounded by a garden with trees and plants, about 700 meters from the sea. Also, not far from the house, within walking distance, you can find numerous restaurants and bars. The city center of Vlora is about 20 minutes away by car or bus.
