With the orientation on the East our villa is enjoys a great scenery of the Cape of Rodon, the mountains in the horizon and the sea nearby as well. A lovely place for holidays with birds singing around you all the time. Brand new construction and furniture. The villa is built in one floor with a big open space living room with kitchen together, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. There is a very good microclimate inside the villa due to the green roofs which are constantly under the supervision of the management of the resort. The villa is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and Air Condition units. The villa comes with a swimming pool which is in operation all the time.

Our villa is located in the Cape of Rodon Resort. The resort is made of 50 villas and is built at the top of the cape of Rodon. It is approx. 1 hour drive from capital Tirana and Tirana International Airport. There are very nice beaches in a distance of 2-3 minutes drive with clean clear water. People can spend a good time on the beach. Some of the them are privately managed and you can pay for the umbrella & sunbeds if you want to spend time there. Prices vary depending on the season but usually they charge between 10 up to 20 Euros for 1 umbrella with 2 sunbeds. The villages of Shetaj and Drac are respectively 5 and 10 minutes away from the resort. In the villages you can do shopping of every day food articles and locally produced vegetables.
