Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retreat and feel comfortable on the spacious and green environment. The apartment is one of the most beautiful private residences in Tirana. Offering its’ own parking, this apartment is situated on a quiet neighbourhood, behind TEG (shopping center). With a comfort living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, a balcony and outdoor space, it offers the commodity you would like to have when traveling with your family. Perfect for 4 guests.

The apartment is located in a very quiet neighbourhood of Tirana. In front of the apartment you can enjoy the green environment with the magnificent scent of the olive trees. A nice walking in the morning or evening at the residence will make your stay more pleasant. Located behind TEG (Tirana East Gate, shopping center), 2 min walk from the residence, you can find inside the shopping center everything you need like; shops, pharmacies, exchanges, bar, restaurants, children's area, etc. Around this center you can find also small markets if you won't like to go to the big shopping center.
Coming from TIA (Tirana International Airport), the apartment is located in a suburb East part, 20 min by taxi at Sunrise Residence Z4G1 apartment No:1, 1st floor. To get to the center you can take the bus (every 30 min) as soon as you get out from the residence, the TEG line brings you to the center and from there you can take different lines depending where you'll want to go. There are also taxies near the residence but you can request from us to suggest you other taxies for a cheaper price. The apartment has it's own parking so you can be calm and not worring about it :).
