Lovely vacation home located in the front line of the Lura 1 Complex. Walk through the beautiful garden and reach the sea in less than a minute. The home has two private parking spaces, and more available public spots. 4 bedrooms, with a fully equipped kitchen (Express coffee maker, blender, toaster etc), with a dining room. You may rest in our cozy living room with a functional fireplace and TV. Free Wifi is available. The patio has a view of the garden and the beach, always nice and breezy with a large table and a close-by charcoal barbecue.
There are many restaurant options nearby with excellent fresh seafood, two of them a short walk away. There are also some grocery stores nearby and is close to several facilities such as Gym, Restaurants, Bar/Caffe, Mini-Markets, Swimming Pool, Beach. In the area there are more places of interest in reach as Castles, Lakes, River, Vineyards. 40-45min drive from the Tirana Airport. 45 min drive from the Durres Amphitheater 50-60min drive from Skanderbeg Square in Tirana.
