Situated in Durrës, private home with multiple floors. The second floor and the upper are what we are offering for guests. The first appartement in the second floor has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a bathroom. The second and the third appartement in the upper floor have 1 bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bathroom. We offer a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The house is very spacious and with lots of light. You can also use the outside areas like terrace and garden.

We are available at the property at any moment to assist you with anything that you may need.

The neighborhood is quiet. The location is in close walking distance with the city center and also the beach, since is somewhere between the two. More specifically the house is situated: 900 m from the port of Durres (12 minutes on foot) 30 km from Mother Teresa Airport (34 minutes on car) 2 km from the nearest beach (15 minutes on foot) 2.2 km from the Durres Amphitheatre (30 minutes on foot) 37 km from the capital Tirana (42 minutes on car)
